- Resort like feels
- Rooms need renovation and upgrade
- The staff is not professional and need training, no valet available during late nights
- No proactive room cleaning

We had an amazing time at The Roseate, we had gone their to stay with our parents and it was one of the best staycations ever. Definitely a recommend.

I booked this hotel for my parents 29th anniversary. The property is very comfortable and luxurious. They cater to all the needs and wants one can have.

Really beautifully designed hotel, large rooms and comfortable bed. I would like to especially mention the staff and food at the iah restaurant.
Unfortunately, I only stopped for a short time before my overnight flight. but at night the air conditioner stopped working for heat and switched itself to 18 degrees cold, I couldn’t switch it on my own... in the end, I fell asleep as is. And after 2.5 hours in the cold I got a sore throat, which marred my impression. Everything is great, but please, check the air conditioners so that they work permanently at the set temperature and mode
